You have much more important things to do than stress about your bookkeeping…

 Does this sound familiar?

  • Monthly bookkeeping tasks keep getting pushed further and further back on your to-do list, and now it feels like you’ll never catch up.

  • You’re paying for Quickbooks, but nothing is set up correctly in there, so even if you did enter your expenses it would be a jumbled mess.

  • The thought of organizing receipts and documents for taxes at the end of the year gives you a panic attack.

  • For some reason some of your Quickbooks entries are showing up twice no matter how many time you connect and reconnect the accounts.

  • You know exactly where all your receipts are….the glovebox in your car, that one envelope, two stacks in your office, and a tiny pocket in your purse.

  • You wish you knew exactly where your money was going each month so investing made more sense and felt intentional (yes, it’s time for you to buy a new computer).

  • Having a person with experience and know-how to ask your money questions to and trust their answers seems out of reach.

 Without a bookkeeper:

  • Just putting receipts in a drawer in order to organize them soon.

  • Scramble through all the receipts to figure out how much you can deduct.

  • Be angry at everyone because you put off paying the IRS now you may have to pay more.

With me as your bookkeeper:

  • Get a statement with all of your expenses in a nice spreadsheet.

  • Have your taxes filed early so you know how much it may cost to save or to just have them done.

  • Ease someone else is doing it for you
